This Hatha Yoga course is intended for both men and women of all abilities and ages.
Beginners and more experienced learners are welcome. Yoga is non-competitive and you
will be encouraged to find and stay within your own personal limits. If you are pregnant,
on medication, or have any serious medical condition, please check with you GP/Nurse
and discuss with the tutor, as classes are generally physically active.
This course is a gentle yoga class, ideal for those wishing to decrease stress and
incorporate yoga, perhaps for the first time, into a holistic approach to improving over-all
physical and mental wellbeing.
