Sing your way to fluency in French

This 8-week course is aimed at those who can communicate confidently and want to further their understanding of everyday French through music. We will explore how listening to a few popular songs and iconic classics can be a great resource for an advanced student learning journey. Engaging with a few of the best French songs performed by native speakers makes understanding the pronunciation and the culture a fun, easy and full proof method. Come and join us to diversify your learning and let’s dive into a list of top 5 songs to go a step further.

Please do not buy tools and equipment until you know that the course will run.

Prosp Description
learners will:
1. Practice their French pronunciation and improve their oral comprehension through the singing of least 4 different songs
2. Be introduced to new words and enrich their existing vocabulary, recording at least 5 new words and their meanings.
3. Demonstrate the rhythm of the French language using at least 4 songs over the course

WHAT IS THE ATTENDANCE POLICY
Multiple sessions-
In order to get the most out of your course you will need to attend as many sessions as possible. We recommend at least 90%. If you do have a holiday booked during term time please let the tutor know in advance so that we can help you catch up on missed sessions and ensure that you still achieve the course outcomes. If you are unavoidably ill or unable to attend please contact 01634 338400 so that we can let your tutor know, and so they can send you any work you may have missed
