Course Description
This Level 2 Module 2 course is suitable for those who have completed the Level 2 Module 1 or those who can already communicate in a limited range of everyday situations, e.g., shopping, in a café, directions, booking a room etc. You may have learned the language at school some time ago and forgotten some of what you learned - this is a good place to pick your Spanish skills back up. Ideally, you will have completed the Spanish level 1 course (modules 1& 2).
You will also improve your pronunciation, revise grammar learnt in Level 1, recap on skills learnt previously and learn about cultural aspects of the life in speaking Spanish countries.

Prosp Description
Learners will:

• Talk about their daily routine in the present tense
• Describe in the present tense at least two hobbies
• Talk about at least 2 places using the present tense

Prosp Suitable
Your initial assessment will take place during the first session and you, and your tutor will record your entry knowledge and individual requirements on your individual learning plan. During the course you will have regular one-to-one discussions with your tutor to help acknowledge and record your progress and achievements.

It is always beneficial to spend time between sessions reviewing the topics covered. Your tutor may also set home-study to help you practice. Listening to or watching films, music, radio and TV programmes in the language would be helpful for vocabulary and accent.
Prosp Anything Else
You will need to bring along a notebook and pens to the first session and will need a folder for your notes and handouts.
Prosp Additional Costs
Medway Adult Education has a range of language courses available. Your tutor will discuss your progression with you on the course as you work towards both group and your own individual goals. Before the end of your course, you will be given all the information as to what is recommended for you to progress onto- e.g. the next level.
Please also see our community noticeboards in the centres, the café at Rochester and Moodle for updated information as to events and activities locally that may appeal.
MAE also offer English and maths, work skills qualifications and creative arts courses- details of which can be found in the directory.
